Shipping and Returns

Do you offer domestic and international shipping?

Yes. Domestic (Canada) shipping is calculated at checkout. We are currently only shipping within North America. Please contact us for all international shipping quotes to the United States or Mexico. It is strongly recommended to have access to an industrial address with either a locating dock or forklift for the best shipping rates.

Currently we are only accepting orders of smaller parts and kits from outside of Canada. We will not be sending international shipments of bumpers or sliders at this time.

Can I use a residential address for shipping?

Yes. Shipping rates can get expensive for residential lift gate services for larger items though. Please Contact Us for all domestic and international shipping quotes to a residential address.

How does duty and taxes work for international shipping?

No taxes will be charge at checkout for the shipment. State tax and/or brokerage fees my be collected the shipping company before or upon delivery.

How can I return an improperly ordered product?

If a product arrives but was ordered incorrectly, we can process a return and send a corrected product if necessary. Shipping for returns and corrected parts is the responsibility of the customer. The product must be received in new condition and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Can I cancel an order that was placed by mistake?

All cancelled or partially cancelled orders are subject to a 5% administration fee if processed before the order ships. If cancelled after the order ships, return policies apply.
