Frequently Asked Questions
Where are you located?
Our shop is located in Abbotsford, British Columbia on the west coast of Canada. Our address can be found in the About Us page.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours have been variable due to the pandemic. Until the pandemic order has lifted and we’ve moved back to a more consistent schedule, please Contact Us for availability.
Do you offer local pickup and installation?
Yes. All products can be picked up from our Abbotsford Location. We also offer full mechanical and electrical installations of not only our products, but also for all of the products that we sell. Contact Us for all installation quotes.
Do you offer domestic and international shipping?
Yes. Please refer to our Shipping and Returns page for more information.
Do your products include installation instructions?
Yes. We’ve uploaded installation instructions on most of our products on the website. You can find them on the bottom of the individual product pages for the most part, although we haven’t completed the full library of instructions yet. Please Contact Us for instructions if there are not uploaded to the website.
Do you take on custom builds?
We do occasionally based on availability of our engineering department. Custom builds generally have an extended lead time which varies based on the scope of the job. Please Contact Us for availability and quotes on custom builds.
What are your lead times?
Lead times can vary product to product and change throughout the year. Please Contact Us for all lead time estimates including powdercoating and transit.
Are your steel products available in aluminum as well?
No. We’re currently not set up to produce in aluminum. We do plan on developing in the material eventually, but there is no set date on when that will start.
What is your coating process?
Our coatings are done by local companies to the highest standard. They start with a thorough white sandblast of all parts. Zinc plated threads are capped to retain their corrosion resistant properties and keep the threads clear. Typically we offer a single stage satin black textured powdercoating. Powdercoating can also be applied as a two stage process with a zinc primer base for additional cost. We can also have all parts coated in a two stage epoxy primer and paint. Please Contact Us for all coating quotes outside of the standard single stage powdercoating offered on the website.
There’s no option for coating on sliders. Can I still get them coated?
Due to risk of damage during shipping, we only offer slider coating for local customers. We offer sandblasting combined with either single stage powdercoating, or two stage epoxy paint and primer. Please Contact Us for all slider coating quotes.
Are the integrated hitch receivers in the rear bumpers rated?
No. We’ve built them to be considerably stronger than the factory hitch, but they do not have a government standardized tow rating.
